First, verify that your internet connection is functioning well. Wait until the download has finished completely (this can take several seconds up to several minutes depending upon the size of the audio files) before closing the Internet window (?). We recommend that you use Firefox as your internet browser which you can download for free at http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/firefox/.


Is it possible to listen to the audio tour on my iPod or my iPhone?

Yes. All that is necessary is to download the audio files onto your computer and then transfer them to your iPod or iPhone via iTunes.

How do I get back into my shopping cart if the window is no longer displayed?

When you click on the button « Buy Now», your shopping cart will appear at the top of the screen in a black window. If this window disappears before you have clicked on it, you can click on “shopping cart” in the red banner at the top, right corner of the screen and it will reappear. You should then click on the button “Access your shopping cart” within this window. When you are in your shopping cart verify that the language of the tour and the number of tours you want to purchase is correct.
